Nordic walking

Take your first steps into the world of Nordic Walking!

A healthy physical exercise to prevent and/or slow down the development of common diseases such as osteoarthritis.
Open access – walking sticks will be provided onsite

When:

  • Saturday 14 September: 14:30 > 16:00 > 17:00
    Sunday 15 September: 11:00 > 13:30 > 15:30 > 16:30

Where:

  • Location: Parc du Mont des Arts – Brussels – Square Entrance
  • 15-Person group departures every 30 mins

Details:

Open access – regular departures every 30 min
Walking sticks will be provided onsite

  • Improved physical condition, strength, flexibility and coordination;

  • Strength the back and core muscles;

Tai Chi

Discover Tai Chi

An activity to help fight osteoarthritis and rheumatism, to improve well-being and ease discomfort.

When:

  • Saturday 14 September: 14:00 – 15:30
  • Sunday 15 September: from  10:00 – 12:00 > 14:30 – 17:00

Where:

  • Location: Cube – Square (indoor space at Square)
  • Groups of 20 to 40 people.

Comfortable clothing is advised (loose-fitting clothes).
